Refund Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from www.afloraldecor.com.

Returns are only applicable to orders shipped within the contiguous United States(excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Products can only be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Original order shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. With a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  • We will process your refund payment once your item passes our inspection. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive & inspect your returns to receive our complete return & refund confirmation.
  • Final Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned.

How to return?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.

  1. Process Your Return
  • Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement item.
  • A Customer Experience Specialist will process your request and provide the right shipping address for you to ship to for the return.

NOTE: if you ship the product to any other addresses, no refund will be issued.

  1. Packaging
  • Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed well.
  1. Shipping
  • Before shipping, please take pictures of the inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed well packed. We strongly suggest having insurance just in case that package is damaged during the shipping process back to us.
  • For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of shipping carrier. (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.) If you choose Signature Required when delivery, please do make sure that the shipping agent allows us to sign on the back of the notice so that they can re-deliver without any issue.
  • After shipping it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and email it to us at marketing@afloraldecor.com
  • If you change your mind about your purchase before it arrives, accept the delivery, as you will risk not receiving a refund. All return requests must be proceeded according to the said Return Policy.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging, just in case you need to return your item(s). We are unable to ship you separate boxes for return purposes.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the item and drop it at USPS, our only carrier. We are unable to offer call tag services at the customer’s request. USPS cannot pick up your returns; you will have to drop them off at a USPS location.
  • If your item(s) arrive with extensive damage and you are unable to ship it back, please submit your request for a refund or an exchange by replying to your order confirmation email with photos of the item damages.
  • What if I received the incorrect item?
    If you received an incorrect item, please contact us through email at marketing@afloraldecor.com, or call at 1-xxx-xxxx
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund within 5 business days and will send you an email with confirmation as well once the return is completed.

Gifts
If you wish to return a gift or get a replacement, you can do so using our Return Policy. Please note that you will need the shipping zip code and order number. This information can be found in the purchase confirmation email sent to the customer.

Refund
For returned items, after we received them, it takes about 5  business days for us to inspect, replace, or refund them. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspection process. If returned products arrived damaged we will not be able to provide a refund.

Order Cancellation
Order on Final Sale & Clearance items cannot be canceled.

For eligible items, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out.
